1. Why should I use Motus Recruiting & Staffing instead of filling the position on my own?
2. How much do your services cost?
Motus is a contingent-based staffing and recruiting firm, which means you don’t pay anything until you hire someone we refer.
For temporary and temp-to-hire employees, we will agree on an hourly rate that fits your budget. We pay our temporary employee—including all payroll taxes, insurance, and other costs. Our fee comes out of the remaining percentage of that bill rate.
For direct hires, the fee is based on the candidate’s annual salary as well as the level of difficulty in filling the position.
3. How long will it take to find an employee for our company?
The timeframe for successfully finding an employee varies depending on our current employee base and your specific needs. But once you give us a job description, we’ll be able to give you a specific timeframe for filling your position.
4. How does Motus screen and evaluate candidates?
The Motus screening process includes a thorough evaluation of a candidate’s personality, skills, and experience. After completing the screening process, our team will verify each candidate’s information using a variety of tools, including:
5. What kind of background checks do you provide?
Every candidate’s references, degrees, and certifications are thoroughly checked and verified. We have some clients that request a drug screen or criminal background check. Motus can provide these services as well as meet any other needs you may have for background or security purposes. These can be coordinated through our office for a fee or you may decide to do them yourself through your usual service providers.
6. What if I am not satisfied with an employee placed by Motus?
We realize that not every job is a fit for every person and sometimes that is not clear until the person is working. If you are not satisfied with an employee, we can replace them. Guarantees will vary based on each client.
In addition, our temp-to-hire option provides an opportunity for you to evaluate an employee on-the-job before putting them on your payroll.
