Tifhani has been in the industry since 2004 and thrives on building and sustaining relationships.  Because this passion is central to her life’s strategy, full desk recruiting is a very natural craft for her.  It is her goal to discover what people need and want, what their expectations are and how she can bridge the gap in achieving these aspirations.
